Restaurant Gui Lin / Sri Petalling

Restaurant Gui Lin is a chinese cuisine restaurant that is currently own by a professional chef from China who plans to expand his business in Malaysia. The restaurant is located at Sri Petalling, the streets of Sri Petalling are bursting with great restaurants, from great local spots to regional delicacies and no doubt that it is an excellent location to open a restaurant. Our beloved client wanted his restaurant to be a bright restaurant while it can brings back the memories of Chinese culture. Despite that, our client also wanted his restaurant to be modern. Therefore, in order to create a restaurant based on what we called "modern oriental" style, we proposed a design that is richness in colors, accompanied by Chinese framework details and chinese elements implemented into every single art pieces that we created. The abundance of ruby red walls and red accents symbolises happiness, good luck, success and good fortune which is the most popular color in relation to anything Chinese. To create a modern oriental sitting, we used the trending rose gold as the framework of the chair and accompanied by bamboo rattan backrest that symbolises the Chinese symbol of virtue. Having a cherry blossom tree in the center of the restaurant immediately attracts the attention of visitors and it is interchangeable according to four seasons.
