Cheras Business centre is a business development located in Cheras and is close to other developments in Taman Cheras Makmur and Taman Cheras. There are ample of parking lots available for the convenience of people. As there are many pubs operating at the location, the situation at night can be a little bit more alive as there are more people gathering at night. Overall Cheras Business centre is an excellent location to give dance classes. The client of this property is a young and passionate dancer who are seeking to open her own dancing studio. As the client teaches Kpop dances as one of her main business, she preferred her dance studio to be a unique modernised studio with a touch of striking color to give an energetic feel. Given the limited amount of open space to play with, we decided to create a partition next to the toilet to separate out the spaces into two. As a dance studio, mirror is the must have and it cannot be hang on a angled wall as it will cause dizziness to the dancers. Therefore, sticking the mirrors onto the partition that we proposed is the best place. Unlike most of the dance studios which have dark and cozy environment, our beloved client wanted her studio to be fill with full of energetic yet positive vibe. So, we proposed a striking yellow feature wall with its logo to brightens up the space. Accompany by navy blue that covered up the rest of the space as they are at the opposite quadrants on the color wheel, meaning they are generally complementary.
