One Maxim is designed to create a stylish and exquisite modern mixed development project. The occupied land consists of commercial cum residential property, entailing 8-storey podium block offering commercial/retail spaces with car parks and facilities and service apartment. LRT and MRT stations are just walking distance from One Maxim and it also well connected to KLCC and Damansara. For this apartment unit that we did, the client was a young married couple who prefers a minimalist yet modern design with plenty of natural lighting and with the touches of wainscoting elements. Leaning towards a more modern contemporary style, a naturalistic colour scheme is implemented to the space to give the spaces a sense of timelessness and elegance.
